This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party website, product, or service of a company even if we provide links to (or from) them on the Sites. We encourage you to check the privacy policies and terms of use associated with any other websites or services before providing your personal information to them. This Privacy Policy is not a contract and does not create any legal rights or obligations.

What information do we collect?

When seeking information about the services that we provide, or when seeking a quote for insurance coverage, we may ask you to voluntarily provide personal contact information including your individual name, gender address, city, state, zip code, phone number, email address, date of birth, and name of employer. We may also ask you to voluntarily provide financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card information, loan amount (if such information is applicable to the services being provided by us), and income information. When purchasing a product from us, we may ask you to voluntarily provide personal contact information including your individual name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and billing information, such as billing name and address, and credit card information. For the express purpose of providing certain services to you, we may also directly contact you to request that you voluntarily provide us with additional personal information such as your driver’s license number and/or social security number. You have the discretion to decline to provide us with any such personal information, although that may materially affect our ability to provide you with services and goods.

We may also obtain information about you from other sources and combine that with information we collect from you. We collect, store, and use such personal information of client and potential clients, as well as the personal information of visitors who visit the Sites, in strict accordance with applicable local, state and federal laws and with card and other applicable payment industry guidelines and rules. Use of Cookies

We use cookies and other technologies to facilitate interactions with the Sites and to collect non-personally-identifiable, anonymous information from the Sites to help provide better customer service as previously noted.

Some newer browsers have incorporated “Do Not Track” features. Most of these features, when turned on, send a signal or preference to the websites you visit indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. Those sites (or the third-party content on those sites) may continue to engage in activities you might view as tracking even though you have expressed this preference, depending on the sites’ privacy practices.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our Sites, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Corporate Transactions

In the event that we undertake a corporate transaction or transition such as a merger, reorganization, joint venture, assignment, transfer, acquisition by another company, or sale (including transfers made as part of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or any other change in corporate control) of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information may be among the assets transferred or shared to the relevant third party.
